Hello and welcome...
I have a card for the blog hop today. Here is the inspiration photo. I simply adore it as embroidery and needlework is my first love having been taught by my grandfather when I was a young girl.
I have chosen to follow the photo quite closely. I have kept the colours quite soft and if you look closely you will see there is quite a lot going on in the details.
I have used Papertrey Ink stamp sets Tag-its #1, Stitched Sentiments,
Corner Adorner February, Tag-its #3, Stitches & Swirls, Tag-its #2 and
Stitch in Time Borders.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I am off now to have a look at the amazing work all the others have created. Have a great day. Cheers.

ReplyDeleteHello Unknown...
DeleteI used both the stamps and dies from Stitched Sentiments and from Stitch in Time Borders. The tiny little blossoms on the sides are a Spellbinders die.
I absolutely love it. I too love all kinds of embroidery and have done a lot in my life. This card makes me want to go back to stitching again. I grew up In Germany and we had hand embroidery classes in school and my mom was an artist with it, white on white. She did wedding dresse for people becaue they loved her work. Thanks for sharing
