Justrite Stamps Revisited

Good Evening friends,

If you are anything like me you cannot resist buying new sets of stamps when they come out. We use them right away and then we file them away with all the rest of our collections. Does anyone ever pull out the old ones again because a lot of them are simply terrific. Gosh, I have old stamps from the Personal Stamp Exchange days and that is a long time ago but they were wonderful images. So, tonight I pulled out an old Justrite set entitled Spring Rose Medallions. I love the main image which is what I have used on my card.

I have coloured the image with Copics and cut it out with the corresponding Justrite die which I then matted on some yellow cardstock and fussy cut around the edge. This was popped up on Spellbinders Elegant Labels 4 on top of a Cuttlebug embossed piece of card. I really must stop trying to take photos at night as the light is dreadful. I usually do my cardmaking in the evening but I guess I should wait until morning to take the photos. I am sorry that you can barely see the embossing. I tied a bow and added a flower made with Spellbinders Rose Creations and a wee pearl. I kept thinking that it needed something else but could not think of what so I stopped making myself crazy and quit.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great evening. Cheers.
